Over the years, I have trained extensively in Functional and Lifestyle Medicine, becoming one of only a very small number of UK doctors to complete the rigorous Institute of Functional Medicine Certification, a three-year programme. I have also undertaken specialist training in nutrigenomics and metabolic health, which allows me to use cutting-edge science on genetics, metabolism, and nutrition to create highly personalised treatment plans.
