We had a great experience today with Dr. Bianca! She was extremely careful, friendly, supportive, and very informative during my child’s dental hygiene session. She made my child feel comfortable, and he truly enjoyed the visit.

Our 6 year old (7 in March) has been struggling with teeth decay and also brittle teeth. We've tried to go through NHS but the waiting periods and service provided is such a waste of time, we got nowhere. Decided to go private, found Toothbeary (very close to where we live) and signed him up for a new patient appointment. Blown away at their ethos, setup and just the way they work with children. Our son loved his appointment too and keen to go back. We then scheduled a IV sedation appointment as we all felt it will be hard to have him laid down and still for a longer appointment. We've had bad experiences two years ago where he went to A&E (for asthma, flu etc.) so I was incredibly nervous going into the appointment. On the day, it amazed me how they create such a trustworthy relationship with the child/patient, the actual sedation kicks in very fast and he was out within 30 min, took a little while to recover but we had a small room where he could rest and recover. I would highly recommend this practice - very professional, helpful and just really good at what they do.

We had the best experience with toothbeary. My daughter was very nervous and they immediately put her at ease. Her initial assessment went without a hitch which set up her procedure day perfectly. She had IV sedation and again the team looked after her and put her at ease. The treatment she received was good and her teeth are now healthy with a successful extraction. We have nothing but good things to share about Toothbeary. I brought my daughter here because she needed work on her baby teeth and the whole environment from start to finish was super calming. My daughter is very strong willed, yet each person that my daughter interacted with respected that and worked with her so she felt safe the entire time. On her sedation day, I was a wreck but the staff were lovely and caring, and it made the day so much easier. It’s a long journey for us but we will make it regularly as I want this to be my daughters dentist from now on because she loves it, too. And having a dentist a child LIKES going to is a testament to the place and staff running it. Special mention to the nurse who cared for my daughter, she has a very natural, lovely way with children and even put mine and my mums minds at ease while we waited.
